Reiki 1 Workshop

This is the first level of Reiki training where you will learn about Reiki and how to use this wonderful energy technique on yourself and for family and friends.

Areas covered include:

• Reiki - history, how it works, its benefits, its uses

 
• Body's energy system - chakras, endocrine system

 
• Practise of Reiki - hand positions & guidelines

 
• Manual & certificate will be provided

 
• Follow-up meeting will be facilitated
