As both a nurse and holistic therapist, Maura advocates the practice of combining the benefits of complementary therapies and conventional medicine. This provides the client with a holistic, safe and truly complementary approach to health and well-being.

Maura is a Registered General Nurse and holds a Degree in Social Science. She has worked in the Health, Education and Youth Sectors. She currently works part-time as a Nurse in Complementary Therapy with the Specialist Palliative Care Service in Meath.

Over the years Maura has completed training in Loss and Bereavement, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, Stress Management and Business Management.

Maura is a member of Reiki Federation Ireland and Irish Massage Therapists Association.
